The Void

The game starts with the main character, Alex, dying in a tragic accident. As Alex's spirit leaves their body, they find themselves in a strange and unfamiliar place, a purgatory-like world that seems to be the afterlife. Alex quickly realizes that they are not alone in this world and that there are other lost souls wandering around as well. They soon meet a wise old spirit named Ezra, who explains to them that they are in a transitional phase between life and death.
